This is my 1996 24V Cosworth Scorpio, Bought from Stevenage for £400.when i bought it the previous owner said that the relay for the lights needed replacing as there were no lights. Replaced the relay and still no lights. Had an auto electrician look at it he said it was the fuse box, a common problem with Scorpio's. So i Changed the fuse box and still the same problem. Then i found the Ford Scorpio web site a very good site with loads of very helpfull people who know what their talking about, a bit of bannter goes on but all in good fun. It was suggested that i rebuilt my fuse box, didn't really fancy the idea of that but I had a spare fuse box and had nothing to lose, so i thought why not i'll give it a go. It took me about 6 hours in total, at first it was a bit scary seeing all those strips of metal, but so long as you keep them all with their respective layer it's worked out ok. I think i might have done my fuse box the hard way. When putting it back together it seemed there might be a better way of doing this.
